Working at Chaiz 👩‍💻

We’re a fully remote team founded by people who previously built successful startups, marketplaces, fintechs, insurtechs, APIs… etc. We believe in strong collaboration as building a category-defining company requires teamwork! • We’re grown-ups. We come prepared to meetings and make sure we have everything we need to take ownership of our tasks
• The entrepreneurial mindset is everywhere. As a startup, this is not just coming from the top but we all think and act that way
• We’re setting the pace. We ship fast and often, help our customers asap, and gather insights quickly. Velocity is key for us
• Focus! Every startup has 100 ways to win. Once we have decided what we want to do we focus on this and execute it rigorously
• Keep it simple. We’re trying to simplify the whole industry. That means we need to lead by example and keep things as simple as possible.

<aside> 📍 All our engineering, design and QA is in European timezones, and Marketing and Customer Success works in American timezones. We have some core working hours to ensure strong collaboration and easy problem-solving. In addition, we organise regular get-togethers to build relationships between team members. And because it’s fun!
